The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Dimitrios Daskalakis, a sole proprietorship in Greece, who makes Fetch! (“we”, “us”). They cover the Fetch! apps for Mac, iPhone and iPad, Fetch Cloud, and our website. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use them.
Fetch! is for people aged 16 and over. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for it.
How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
The Fetch! app
The app is free. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on devices you own or control, for yourself or for your work. The software is licensed to you, not sold, and the licence includes the updates we release.
The app works with Google accounts, Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 through Microsoft Graph, and any mail provider that supports IMAP and SMTP. Your relationship with your mail provider is between you and them, under their terms.
Fetch Cloud
Fetch Cloud is optional. It powers the features that need a server. You sign in to it with your Google or Apple account.
- Complimentary plan
- Every Fetch Cloud account gets it, at no cost. It includes instant new-mail alerts for two mailboxes, scheduled sends and snooze.
- Subscription
- Adds alerts for up to 20 mailboxes, read tracking, share links, and working with your team once it launches in the first quarter of 2027.
If you’re watching more mailboxes than your plan allows, the ones you added most recently stop being watched until you’re back within your plan. If a subscription ends, you keep its features for 7 more days, then your account moves to the complimentary plan.
We may change what each plan includes. If a change takes something away from a plan you pay for, we’ll tell you in advance, and you can cancel.
Buying a subscription
In the App Store. Apple sells you the subscription. Apple’s terms of sale apply, and Apple handles payment, tax, cancellation and refunds. Manage it in your Apple Account settings.
On the web or in the Mac app. Stripe is the merchant of record and sells you the subscription as a reseller. Stripe’s terms for that purchase apply, and Stripe handles payment, tax, invoices and refunds. Manage it from the billing page we link to in the app.
The price and billing period are shown before you pay, with tax included where the law requires. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. When you cancel, you keep the subscription until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Deleting your Fetch Cloud account ends a subscription bought on the web or in the Mac app straight away. It doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription, which you cancel with Apple.
If you’re a consumer in the EU
You have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase and the legal guarantee that what you buy works as described. These rights are with the seller, so Stripe or Apple, and nothing in these terms limits them. If you’re unsure where to go, write to us and we’ll help.
Beta and Labs
Before launch, Fetch! is in beta through TestFlight, and some features are marked as Labs. These are unfinished by nature. They can change, break or go away, and we may reset them. Please don’t rely on a beta or Labs feature as the only place something important lives.
Using Fetch! responsibly
What you send, share and track is your responsibility. In particular:
- Read tracking records when your recipients open your mail. Some places require you to tell them, or to get their consent, before you do. Use it only where you’re allowed to.
- Share links and team sharing can include other people’s messages and addresses. Share them only when you have the right to.
- AI agents act with the access you give them. An agent with full access can send, move and delete mail without asking you first, and what it does is on your behalf. Choose the access level with care, and remember that the agent’s company handles what the agent reads, under your agreement with them.
Don’t use Fetch! or Fetch Cloud to send spam, to break the law, or to harm other people. Don’t try to get around plan limits, overload or probe our servers, or collect data from them in bulk, for example by looking up addresses in our public key directory. Don’t copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your Fetch Cloud account. Where we can, we’ll tell you first and give you the chance to fix it.
Your content, our app
Your mail and everything you create with Fetch! stays yours. We only handle it as the Privacy Policy describes, to run the features you use.
Fetch!, its code, design, name and logo belong to us. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without owing you anything.
Other services
Fetch! works with services we don’t run, like your mail provider, Google, Apple, Stripe and any AI agent you connect. They have their own terms, and we’re not responsible for them or their outages. When one of them changes something that affects Fetch!, we’ll do our best to keep things working and to tell you what’s going on.
Warranty and liability
If you’re a consumer. You keep every right that consumer law gives you, including the legal guarantee for digital content, and nothing here takes it away. We’re responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms, and we never limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t let us limit.
If you use Fetch! for business. To the extent the law allows, Fetch! and Fetch Cloud are provided as they are, without other warranties, including that they’re uninterrupted or error-free. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost data, profits or business, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to cover our costs from claims caused by your misuse of Fetch! or breach of these terms.
Keep in mind that your mail provider holds the original of your mail. Fetch! keeps a copy on your device to work with it.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Fetch! at any time, and delete your Fetch Cloud account in the app. We may end the licence or close an account if you seriously breach these terms and, where it can be fixed, don’t fix it within 14 days of our notice. Ending the agreement doesn’t affect any refund or consumer rights you have.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we’ll tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they apply. If you don’t agree, you can stop using Fetch! and cancel your subscription before then. Using Fetch! after the changes apply means you accept them.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by Greek law and EU law. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live, and you can bring a claim in your country or in Greece. Business disputes go to the courts of Greece.
If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Together with the Privacy Policy, they’re the whole agreement between us about the Fetch! apps, Fetch Cloud and our website.
